Suneeta Chilukuri Design is a full service residential interior design studio serving the San Francisco Bay Area and based in Menlo Park, CA.
A well designed home, one that is functional as well as beautiful, improves the quality of life of those that live, work, and play in it.
Rather than 'one style fits all', we work with each client's aesthetic and needs to deliver a space that speaks to them and their lifestyle. Design is a collaborative process and each space should be a reflection of you. A home should feel curated with layers achieved by including vintage, antique, handmade and custom pieces. A great design is one that combines traditional and modern, old and new, high and low, and of course function and beauty.
Whether your project involves remodeling or decorating, our process is organized and we take care of all the details. Adept problem solving skills, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail are what clients appreciate most when working with us.
About Me
I have always loved everything design related, from gorgeous antique Indian textiles to the Bauhaus design movement. I knew from an early age that good design affects how you live and feel and that it should be personal to you and your journey.
Growing up in New England exposed me to classic and traditional architecture and interiors. Moving to California for college and living here since then has added a relaxed and fresh layer to my aesthetic. Traveling and visiting museums furthered my knowledge and love of beautiful design in everything from historic buildings to everyday objects. As a parent to three children, I strive to create spaces that don't sacrifice style for practicality.
I hold an Associate of Interior Design degree from West Valley College and a Bachelors of Science degree from Santa Clara University. I live in Menlo Park with my husband, our youngest child and one adorable Shih Poo!
