Live a beautiful life

Suneeta Chilukuri Design is a full service residential interior design studio serving the San Francisco Bay Area.

We work on new builds, renovations, remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, furnishings and decor.

Each design is a collaborative process resulting in a space that is a reflection of the client's aesthetic and lifestyle.

Process

1. Discovery Call -

A 15 minute call to discuss your project and timeline and briefly go over how I work and charge to determine if we are a good fit.

2. Virtual Meet & Greet -

Complimentary 45 minute Zoom call where I go deeper into my process from inspiration photos through to final design and the steps taken to get there as well as answer any questions pertaining to the process, deliverables, and costs.

3. Site Visit & Scope of Work Presentation -

Preliminary measurements and photos taken of the space, discuss project in more detail, create a scope of work (SOW) and present  SOW along with a contract that will detail all work to be performed, deliverables, and charges for every step.

4. Design Phase -

Once the SOW and contract are signed, we start the design phase. Through questionnaires and meetings, we will learn more about your project and your personal likes and dislikes as well as how you plan to use the space. Part of this phase is Trade Day where we come back to take detailed measurements and meet trades people in order to get bids. There will be a lot of back and forth as we hone down on the floor plans, elevations, materials, and other selections as well as budget estimates.

5. Design Presentation -

Presentation of final design with floor plans, elevations, furnishings, and materials.

6. Procurement - Once the design is approved and all decisions are finalized, items are ordered, tracked, inspected and stored until Install Day.

7. Site Visits -

A very crucial part of the process where we make periodic site visits to ensure that all work is being carried out as detailed in the design and specifications and to answer any questions that come up along the way.

8. Install Day - Depending on the type of project, this could be the end of a long remodel or a day when your home is transformed with your new design.
